What is The ICPLF?
This is a platform that allows political, financial, scientific, information and other various forces to find common ground and areas of agreement. ICWPF is an LDPR initiative aimed at reducing the escalation of international conflicts.
In the situation of recent tension in the World, the ICWPF gives the opportunity to prospective communities or individuals and developed organisations to contribute to contribute to the establishment of a new concept of the World order.
The Congress is based on the example of scientific conferences, but it also includes the format of a round table, a press conference, briefings and a cultural program.
